Sign posing a reflective question about compliance relating to 1930s germany.

“From Masks, to Vaxs, to Marks!”

I addressed the topic of “Obey those that have rule over you” (Rom 13:1) in a newsletter last year. I clarified that Romans 13 is not a blanket passage of scripture to blindly obey leaders. There is so much scriptural balance. (Read “From “No Mask, No Service” to “No Mark, No Service”)

The title of this newsletter may seem exaggerated, but take a step back and look closely at the patterns over the last eighteen months of the swift compliance of the masses and it’s predictable headings.

We were told “Just two weeks to flatten the curve.” We complied.
We were told “Just two more weeks.” We complied.
The weeks have turned into almost two years, now. Still we comply.
We were told wear masks. We complied.
We were told to self-quarantine. We complied.
We were told to lockdown. We complied.
We were told to practice social-distancing. We complied.
We were told to shut down our economy. We complied.
We were told “Essential personnel only.” We complied.
We were told do it for the elderly and were shamed and bullied if we thought otherwise. We complied.
We were told some businesses were essential (Planned Parenthood, Marijuana shops, Home Depot, and Lowe’s). We complied.
We were told Churches were not essential. We complied.
We were told to report incidents of non-compliance. Many complied.
We were told to report anyone not wearing a mask. Many complied.
We were told our children must wear masks in their classrooms. We complied.
Vaccine mandates, via two unconstitutional executive orders, were issued. Too many complied.
Vaccine passports/papers are required in many places. And the masses are complying.

This level of unquestioning compliance and feeble resistance should alarm you greatly because this level of submission often leads to disaster. In his 1962 letter, Holocaust organizer Adolf Eichmann wrote that he and other low-level officers were “just following orders” and they were “forced to serve as mere instruments,” in an attempt to shift the responsibility for the deaths of millions of Jews to his superiors. Now imagine today, since masks (which are really placebos) and vaxs were so easily accepted, what’s gonna happen if/when the ‘mark’ becomes mandated. Luke 21:16 reads, “But you will be handed over even by parents, brothers, relatives, and friends — and they will put some of you to death.” I never understood this, until now. Honestly, if you ever wondered if you would’ve complied with the evils of Nazi Germany, or would take the mark, now you know.

This compliance of the masses reflects enormously on the character of those people. Weak. Ignorant. Dependent. Timid. Faithless. Fearful. Did you know that God has mandates too? (Thx, KD!) God has mandated work six days a week (Ex 20:9; Ex 34:21). God has also mandated the assembly Believers (Heb 10:25). Our government has no Constitutional authority to tell people and businesses to stop working. And, our government is prohibited by the Constitution from interfering with the free exercise of religion. So, will you obey God or government?

– “Obey those in authority,” you ask? Read “From ‘No Mask, No Service’ to ‘No Mark, No Service’”)

Just a few observations for your reflection:

1. Today, the masses trust government.
2. Today, the masses are dependent on government.
3. Today, the masses are independent of God.
4. Today, the masses are more afraid of COVID than of God.

Basic principles of government worth repeating and remembering:

1. Government doesn’t have rights to give. Rights come from God. (Let that sink in.)
2. If rights come from God, then God is God. If rights come from government, then government is god.
3. Government can’t give you anything it first doesn’t take from you or someone else.
4. Government will take every inch of ground you give it.
5. Government will grow in direct proportion to the character of the people.
6. The greater the character of the people, the greater the freedom of the people. The lesser character of the people, the lesser the freedom of the people.
7. The type of government people have is a reflection of their character.
8. People get the kind of government they deserve.
9. When government fears people, you have freedom. When people fear government, you have tyranny.
10. As our dependence on government increases, our dependency on God decreases.

So, shall we depend on God or Government? As Believers, 1Thes 5:21 tells us to “Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.” Ask God, “What is the spirit behind this crisis?” (Read 1Jn 4:1; 2Thes 2:3; Col 2:8; Heb 5:14) To the genuinely “woke,” it’s plain to see that a grooming of sorts has been happening to Americans. Big Gov’t, and the wicked spirit behind Big Gov’t, is always to take (freedoms, liberties, control) and enslave, but 2Cor 3:17 reads, “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” It frightens me to see daily how compliant the masses are in surrendering their God-given freedoms. I can’t help but worry and ask myself, “How willing, compliant, and ‘snitch’ will family, friends, neighbors, and citizens be when the mark of the beast is mandated?” Honestly, with the rapid patterns of compliance, it’s quite conceivable to witness “from masks, to vax, to marks” in our lifetime. (Rev 13:16-17)

There is power in fellowship! There is family in fellowship! And Christ invites Believers into this fellowship (1Cor1:9)! What Christian in their right mind would reject this invitation from God?!! God calls every Christian to be a part of a “local” body! I frequently run into Christians who say, “I don’t have to go to Church to be a Christian.” I simply ask them, “Who’s your daddy?”

Agree with us in prayer…

a. For the reinstatement of Base ministries (Brig and Chapel). As I mentioned, I have an important meeting tomorrow. Pray for my words, godly favor, and godly resolution. (This is Step 1. Step 2 should occur next week.)

b. Pray for mature, Qualified Families and Permanent Personnel to co-labor with us in this northern-most, remote area of Okinawa. Henoko/Schwab outreach carries a constant rebuilding nature due its high turnover rate and operational tempo. We literally rebuild a congregation every six months and gather new members. The difficulty of gathering souls has been compounded with this unwarranted Chapel restriction. Pray for our strength, wisdom, and resources as weekly we gather sheep and convert goats.

c. Pray for our current schedule, i.e. finances, resources, wisdom, strategies, and strength:
– Sun: Share/Report Christians In Action ministries
– Mon: Radical & Relevant (R&R) @7pm
– Wed: Brig Christian Fellowship (BCF) @7pm (PRAY for Reinstatement)
– Thu: Publish Think On These Things newsletters
– Thu: Publish YouTube Videos (Channel: YahwehHasASon)
– Fri: Sexual Integrity & Restoration (SIR) @9am (PRAY for Reinstatement)
– Sat: Zebulun Christian Discipleship Center (ZCDC) @6pm

We would do well to ask, “Where is God in all this drama?” Real talk: if God is not a part of a movement, an ideology, a philosophy, a political party, a law, etc., then some form of curse and death is the inevitable result (Deu 30:19). Read “Where is God in that ____?”
The Apostle Paul pointed out that if he has provided a service, he has a right to demand payment. However, he goes on to say that he will not invoke this right because he will not have the gospel be burdened. Likewise, with or without your support, I will preach the message of Christ. Mention of support is not to put a burden on you, rather an invitation that “much fruit may abound to your account” (Php 4:17). When you sow into these works, you are a benefactor of the Kingdom fruit being harvested here every week. (Make a Donation: https://cinami.org/missionary/guerra-nick-sandy/)
In closing…

Saints, thank you for reaching out with your encouragement and prayers. We press the attack!

Since our “timeout,” ministry has not slowed down. Honestly, it’s just taken different paths. (Path of least resistance, and all that, I reckon.) It’s “the burden from the Lord” that keeps us ministering. I couldn’t stop if I tried. (I know. I’ve tried.) This burden won’t go away and it gives me greater insight to the prophet Jeremiah. “The word of the LORD is like a fire shut up in my bones and I cannot stay silent.” (Jer 20:9)

As we press on, we ask for your financial support. Your faith-giving is always so encouraging, and it enables us to continue making disciples for the Lamb! Please consider partnering with us in these works of the Lord. Financial gifts and contributions can be made online through Christians In Action. Or, you can mail contributions to the address listed below.

It gives me new life to know that you are standing firm in the Lord! (1Thes 3:8)
